Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

Deposits, Bonuses, and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit required to fund your account is £20, and the minimum withdrawal amount is also £20. We aim to process withdrawal requests within 0 to 24 hours, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected. Your real-money balance is always used before any bonus balance when wagers are placed.

Where a bonus is credited to your account, it is subject to a wagering requirement of 40 times the bonus amount before any withdrawal of associated winnings can be made. During any period in which a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or game is £5. Attempting to circumvent bonus conditions — including by placing bets that exceed the stated maximum or by exploiting promotional structures in a manner inconsistent with normal play — may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

We prohibit the use of automated software, bots, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay. Collusion between players, fraudulent chargebacks, and any form of manipulation of game outcomes are equally prohibited. Breaches of these prohibitions may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and the recovery of any funds obtained through such conduct.
